The product is worth it but I ordered a 45 degree banger and they sent me a 90 degree, with a check mark next to what I should’ve gotten on my receipt. They definitely do not quality check their orders and still put check marks on anything that requires one. Just be ready to return items

The product quality is excellent. Unfortunately my overall purchase experience was enough of a negative that I won't do business with Hemper in the future. Lack of transparency and what I can only interpret as dishonesty is a turn off when it comes to choosing people to do business with.
I purchased a box from them for my girlfriend for Christmas. It was really great. All the pieces were perfect and as advertised. The banger that was included in the box was broken during shipment and I emailed them photos and within three days they replied and sent me a replacement for free! Perfect customer service!
So I ordered a December box and unfortunately my mug and banger were damaged. The rig was broken and the banger had a very minor chip, : ( totally usable just unpleasing to the eye. The lovely Folks at Hemper! Plugged it with an amazing 45-degree banger that happens to work perfectly with the January Box! My B-day box so I'm elated about it forsure. Also, they replaced the mug even know i did not get the route insurance! .
