So I love it regardless that I had a defect on mine but is there a replacement ball? Mine broke

I loved how much smoke pulled through and how easy it is to clean

I love the idea , but I wish it gave me more options on how to set up and store my product. Also it’s a bit too draggy for my preference . Airflow feels restricted even when cleaned. The glass adapter is too narrow with a small area of effect . I see a lot of vapor escaping and going to waste .

I ordered my first purchase from Hemper recently and it was the Vapor Station and let me tell you... its worth it!!! It's so easy for people who aren't super comfortable heating up a regular rig, I could never get the right temperature and wasted so much wax but this has been amazing. It's such a smooth pull and easy to heat up.

My only issue is it is easy to break! When I was opening my first one up and heating it, I accidentally knocked it off the stand and the bulb shattered. Totally my fault but since I had just ordered it, I reached out to Hemper telling them what I did, and they sent me a brand new one! Such great customer service as well as the product. If you're thinking about it, DO IT

I wish there were instructions on how to clean the tip...otherwise this is awesome!! It's so easy to use!!
